CrossFit Glasgow is a well-established CrossFit affiliate, having served the fitness community in Glasgow over the last 16 years. Over the years, the gym has expanded significantly, growing from a single space with 120 members to three spaces with over 500 members. As the gym continues to aim for 1,000 members, effective management of operations and member experience has become increasingly critical.
Initially, the gym relied on manual and paper-based processes for member management, which proved to be time-consuming and inefficient as the business grew.
